Kwik Kar is a franchise
based out of Dallas TX and is most predominate in the Southwest with
many independently owned locations. Kwik Kar Lube and Tune is the first
location in middle TN and is privately owned by local family. This
location was constructed and initially opened in March of 2006. It was
at first owned by a partnership and was purchased by this family in june
of '07. We immediately started to rebuild our team and procedures from
the inside-out with the help of many experts in the area. After
extensive training and indoctrination of all usual and customary
procedures within the industry, we set out to find the perfect team with
superior competence. In August, 2007, we hired our current manager, Mr.
Thomas Overton III, who we now call 'TO-3.'

Thomas came to us highly recommended for top notch customer service and quality control. He has an extensive military background in the Navy, and is well versed on strict procedures and protocols. He is a master coordinator of his team and always puts the customer first. In addition, his team is treated like family and performs like a smooth, orchestrated until with the utmost focus on the tasks at hand.
After the initial training, our employees go through an intensive training course for technician certification through AOCA. This, in addition to undergoing continuous on-the-job training. We know how important the safety and performance of your transportation is to you and your family, and we strive to give you the best service imaginable. Although this may be your second largest investment (next to your home) we treat it as our # 1 investment while at our facility.

With this in mind, we fully intend on educating you on your vehicle's future and present needs- also what it shouldn't need to beware of false technicians.
